Steve Rundell
CEO
Steve began working for Nomad as CEO in May 2020. Although new to the organisation, he has many years experience as a CEO with other voluntary sector organisations.
Karen Awdhali
Head of Services
Karen began working for Nomad in 2002 as a Tenancy Support Worker and has been in her current post since January 2019.
Cara Cordell
Housing Officer
Cara began working for Nomad in 2019 as a Housing Officer. She has a background in property management and so works mainly with our tenants in private rented accommodation.
Mary Sanderson
Housing Officer
Mary first came to Nomad in 2010 as a volunteer. She went on to become a tenancy support worker and is now a Housing Officer. Mary works mainly with our tenants in the training flats.
Jody Sill
Asset Coach
Jody has worked for Nomad since 2016. Her role is to help people in both the training flats and private rented accommodation to achieve their goals.
Joshua Harden
Finance and Admin Assistant
Joshua began an apprenticeship with Nomad in 2019 and upon completion in 2020 he began his current role with us.
Laura Fieber
Housing Officer
Laura volunteered with Nomad in 2015 and then worked as a trainee housing support worker until 2017. She returned to Nomad in 2019 as a Housing Officer and works mainly with people in the training flats.
